How to log on to the site 

1-   Start Microsoft Internet Explorer

2-  Type http://mysv.net.sa  in the Address area

3-   Type your Logon ID (e.g. abcd345) and your password then click

4-   The Security Alert message will appear. Press Yes button to accept the Certificate

5-   The eBusiness Center main page will be lunched:

6-   To start any of the applications from the main page; simply click the application name link.

How to register

3-   If you don't have a valid  User ID and password click on the

4-   Please supply the following information:

• Pay Roll Number

• Company Seniority Date

• Office Phone Number

• Active Saudi Arabian Airlines email

•  Then click

5- You will be receiving an email from the eBusiness Center administrator that includes:

A user ID and a password to your  Saudi Arabian Airlines email address

Since this is the first time you  logon to  eBusiness Center you will be requested to change the assigned password to one of your choice:

How to create your profile

1-   After you Logon, select edit profile

2-   Fill the form with required information, then click

3- If the profile update is not successful you will be prompted with a message explaining the step you need to take in order to update your profile.

5-  Now you need to supply the following information you originally entered when creating your personal profile:

You will be receiving an email from the eBusiness Center administrator that includes:

A temporary password to your  Saudi Arabian Airlines email address .

 When attempting to logon to the eBusiness Center the system will request you change the temporary password to one of your choice.
